Ac A few things. There is a list called unsupported Macs on the Lowendmacs.com site. You should get connected there first. Second. I used Xpost Facto on my 7600 with Sonnet G3 450 card. I could not get any of the versions of Xpostfacto to allow me to install OS X anything from 10.0.3 to 10.1. This changed with the release of X post facto 2.2.2. I got Jaguar and poof it installed without a hitch. There is an additional program called L2cache that you might liked o get it reads your G3 cards cache information and stores it in a file on your OS 9 desktop. You then use Xpostfacto like you would your startup disk control panel. Boot into X and run the L2cache program and it will create a file for you system in X that turns on your cache in your G3 card. These programs are easy to use and they are also free unlike Sonnet that is charging $29 for a similar product. Hope this helped. Lee -- PCI-PowerMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
