I just bought a Logitech Optical USB wheel mouse for my PM7300. I have a
generic USB card installed on this machine and I'm running 9.1. Now, I
installed the most current drivers from Logitech for this particular mouse
and all seemed to work great up until yesterday. When I booted into the
system all seemed well then I noticed that the mouse did not light up. I
unplugged it and plugged it back in and it started to work again. I
restarted just to see what would happen and this time it lit up but I lost
function of the wheel and right button. I unplugged it and plugged it back
in and it started to work great again (all buttons and wheel worked just
fine). I know the USB card is working fine since I can download pictures
from a digital camera just fine in either port. Does anyone know why the
mouse has started to act weird when it was fully functional on every boot
before yesterday? I also removed and re-installed the software/drivers
several times. Thanks in advance.
