Hi,
that's interesting. Is it the only RAM stick you have in ? 
What about the Gauge Pro system performance measure ?
I have one of those in a 6400/200 and Gauge Pro gives 37 MB/s vs 33 MB/s
with lower size RAM. I never tried it in my 6500/250, but that might be
worth it.
