Note well that the above-cited instructions are for a 
PC-UATA/66-to-PC-UATA/66-RAID conversion (PDC20262).

If you follow some of the links, you will also find out how to do the same to 
a PDC20267.

But, none of those will give you a Mac card ... they're all PC RAID mods.
