Go look in your Netscape Communicator:Plug-ins folder see if PDF Viewer is there. If it is, it may be messed up, copy the one from the Web Browser Plugin's folder from your Acrobat Reader folder into there. (Note, this is different from the Plug-ins folder in the Acrobat Reader folder.)
