I've never had a problem with OWC.  They claim to be
compatible with G3-G4 upgrades.  For a couple of bucks,
why take a chance?  You might spend more on return shipping
if you have problems with the other vendor.
I also had great success with www.velocityupgrades.com, but
their web site has been unresponsive for a month or so.
