I have a PowerMac 7300 power supply. I've heard conflicting reports on whether or not it can be used in a 7500. Can it?
Also, I have a Gateway FireWire PCI card with a PC floppy power connector. I'm going to try to make an adapter for the power plugs I have already. If that succeeds in powering the card, would it even work, as it is sold as a PC card? Unpowered, Apple System Profiler does detect it, but it can't tell what type of card it is (what it does, who made it, etc.). -Matt -- PCI-PowerMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
