Hi,
I have my PowerMac 8500/80MB/2GB up and running right now on 9.0. I have a
couple of
the 9.1GB 7200 rpm Western Digital hard drives that MacResQ was blowing out,
and I would like
to know if the internal air flow of the 8500 is adequate to allow me to use
both of the Western
Digital drives. I can't seem to find a lot of data regarding how hot these
drives run, as I think
that they are from a couple of years back.
Also, I do have the sled for the second drive, does anybody remember the
types of screws
that are used on hard drives (8-32X1/2, etc.), I will need to pick up a few.
