The 7500 can take EDO or FPM memory. It should be 168 pin 5volt DIMMs. I like to get my RAM from www.OtherWorldComputing.com Subscribe to their mail list for price reductions. I believe that their current price is $26 for a 128MB DIMM, for the 7500.
