The 7500 can take EDO or FPM memory. It should be 168 pin   5volt   DIMMs.

The 6400 will take the same as above, 'cept specs say needs 2K refresh ...
7500 will accept 4K refresh ...
If you don't put a L2 G3 in the cache slot, be sure and get a L2 cache (up
to 1MB) for the 6400.
