I've had great support response from both also.  Few satisfied 
customers make a big deal of it.  On the other hand when something 
doesn't go as expected, dissatisfied customers will give the 
impression that everything the company manufactures is defective.  If 
that were even a little bit true, they would have never survived this 
long in such a competitive market.

Being fooled doesn't make one a fool.  It takes much more than that.  :-)
