I have gotten 3 good responses to my intermittent boot problem.
I will attempt to respond to all comments with out naming sender
      Could it be a software or hard drive ?  OS loaded twice from different
sources on two               different hard drives.
      Made changes or added ram?   Not before problem but after, yes I
swapped and moved ram.
      Extension problem?   No, won't boot even with ext. off.
       Pram set up?   No, it has been changed several times.
       I do not have Disk Warrior or Disk Doctor, but have used Disk First
Aid and Disktools.
       Boot Order ?   I do not know the boot order but it would help.
       Startup folder ?    MY "Find" does't find such a folder.
During all this testing and changing , the problem has not changed one
Iota!!
       
Several other ideas, will be tried, and reported.
       Check battery again
       Start up with one device
       Reseat all
       Cuda
       Option/Command/Shift/Delete.. is this the same as Option/command/P/R
??
