Hello

I have two external SCSI harddrives which are (I believe) the Centronics
type, 50-pin. I do have a 25 pin cable (the other end) and I've used
them even in my 8500 to boot it up for emergencies and for backups. One
is TJS brand and is 350MB and the other is a MacCider 200MB. Both
drives are in pretty good shape however I need something bigger in
storage size. I do have a 2GB harddrive lying around inside a box
somewhere which, if I could, I'd put inside one of the cases and get the
old one out, I know harddrive cases are still a little on the expensive
side so having these already, made me think that I could acomplish
something. Looking at the drives there's no screws or anything (on the
TJS there are two screws on the side close to the front of the drive)
there are screws that seem to hold the fan, and the ports but nothing
that looks like I could access the drive inside. Has anyone had any of
the mentioned drives? BTW the MacCider description says it has a LaCie
harddrive and the TJS has a Quantum harddrive both great brands since I
think I heard LaCie's were made by Quantum.

Any ideas?

Liliana
