Some people are too quick to send someone away to do a "clean install". Depending on experience (like mine) it takes two days to get everything back the way I like it and crash-free. Does this mean that if he does a custom removal of the program that he will get to install it one more time? I wonder? An un-install would have to credit him with another #3 install, it seems, and I wonder if it will register the removal in the same way that it counts the 3 installs. Is there a way to export the program pieces as stuffed disk images, then send them to something like an iTools Web Folder, where he can go fetch them?
