If I were you......I'd makke surethat the ADB connections from the Kbd to the
CPU were OK.

Then I'd disconnect everything ...remove the motherboard and unplug everything
from it and then put it all back on and put it all back together.--and double
check that the cables are all good.

When the sucker powers up you will hear the Fan on the motherbard, the fan in
the power supply and the hard drive spinning up.
