Yeah that update <http://www.sonnettech.com/downloads/software/tangotrio_patch_v13.sit.hqx> fixed a lot of reliability problems I was having with mine. The problem was that I'd gotten the trio card, a new HDD and a new CDRW all at the same time, and had to test 'em all at the same time, so tracking down errors was a royal pita. If you use the Trio card with 10.2 get that update.
