Hello All,
Well, 10% of my messages come through duplicate. I try to delete one,
and a phantom message appears, no Subject, no to/from with a date of
12/31/1969 4:00. It has consistently been the same message originally
sent June 27, 2002.

Cox sent 2 vans and 3 techs here yesterday, they had no clue, first
opinion, of course it had to be my system.

Today I spoke via phone with a supervisor and the conclusion again was
it must be me. Suggestion is i have a virus. Now I must go out and buy a
virus protection program, as they could not find a free one on Internet.
They will call me next week after I install the virus program.

They suggested, perhaps i could ask for help online. So I am.

Basically, I have a 7300/200 96 K. Couple of days ago I ordered 2 128K
ram chips, they are enroute. I must find help to install them. My
problems with Cox began when @home switched to @cox last February. To
this date, they have managed to reformat my drive in the attempt to
prove "unsuccessfully" the problem was at my end. Now they are at it
again. HELP. I am in Oceanside, Ca. sure could need some assistance with
this issue. It feels like dealing with a shady used car salesperson.
Thanks,
Teresa
