Thanks Fred. the installer does make sure the necessary spaces are in the name. The readme also says that there is a extra space and you may need to remove the old extension by hand as it wont be overwritten. The extension loaded before the Sonnet software is Conflict Catcher, replacing the extension manager, there maybe a conflict between the two?
