No.

The 7300 is an all-new design, and no provision was made for A-V.

The 7300 is actually more like an A-V-less 8600 than it is an A-V-less 7600.

You could also consider the 7300 to be a 3-slot and cache carded version of 
the 6-slot and soldered cache 9600.

Important, but unasked question: the 7300 uses the same "7500 case", but a 
different power supply ... one that is very nearly compatible with the 
8600/9600.
