Bruce and Darren, All suggestions are appreciated. I have a very full inbox, having a bad
habit of not dealing with messages containing information I want to reread later. I do not handle physical paper well either. I do not want to lose the data in the inbox, and am quite willing to set another profile. I have done that in the past, but later am in a quandary as to how to access the original inbox. Information related to this greatly appreciated. I did not receive a sympathetic ear at OWC earlier today when I challenged what I received vs. what is still listed on their web site. I was spoken to as a simpleton and was sent to the voice mail of the original salesperson. This was only the second time I purchased from them, deleted them after the first sad encounter. I think you all are wonderful in your efforts to assist all comers, I admit to being technically challenged, but am a seasoned computer user having purchased my first computer a TI99/4A in 1980. Was online via Compuserve, GEnie and Prodigy way before MS or any other later comers. Thank you for being patient with me. I think it is patently unfair of Cox to put me through this charade to protect their butts. I would appreciate information of how to contact their corporate office in Atlanta.
