I replaced the PRAM battery about two months ago. How long do they last?

Until they drain down to about 3.2 volts, or about five years, whichever
comes first.

New ones are about 3.68 volts out of the circuit, and about 3.66 volts in the
circuit.

Below about 3.2 volts and the PRAM probably won't hold time or "persistent"
parameters.

Would unplugging the power cord drain the battery?

Not a chance.
