Did you delete the extensions, like put them in trash, or did you use 
the extensions manager to deactivate them..?

If deactivated .....  turn'em back on

If trashed ..... reinstall 9.1  then use the extensions manager the 
deactivate the ones you don't need.  That way even if you don't need it, 
the system may, and you can turn it back on.
