I can't figure out what I did wrong. I upgraded my 9500 with a zif mpe and a 400mhz card.
It worked fine. I had another 9500/132 that was in better condition, such as the tabs for holding in pci cards wasn't broken like mine was and the fan was in good condition, as far as the mounting nipples. (should have just switched fans) Anyway, I can't get any video now? I have tried different cards, 132, 200 and the zif. Reset the cuda switch and zapped the pram? I have tried rearranging the memory, but on occaisions, the yellow light for the monitor will blink green, but won't start (this is with the processor card)I also get my chime? Has any one had a problem with the processor card sliding in and working? Also this other machine the 9500/132 the whole or all the plastic components are white and my 9500/180mp was partially black where the hard drives slid in and the processor card slides in on that blAck part too? Was there a problem with this at one time? What was the reason for the color change in plastic or am I barking up the wrong tree? Help! Halp! Whatever it takes?
