Yes, there are 8 DIMM slots on the board. There is no soldered on 
memory. It's best to use identical DIMM, all EDO or FPM, rather than a 
hodgepodge of sizes. I'd pull the 64 and 32 MB DIMM, which are likely 
slower than the new 128 MB anyway.

For faster memory performance (app. 10% in my two PCI Macs) you can 
interleave the new DIMM. Without looking at a board I forget the exact 
numbering scheme, but you install the DIMM in corresponding slots (A1 
and A2, B1 and B2,...).
