I have a number of sticks of EDO memory that say "2x32" but they only have 8Mb. Can anybody explain what the 2 and 32 signify and how you can combine them to get 8Mb?

2x32 means 2 Million by 32 BITs or 2 Million by 4 BYTEs or 8 MILLION BYTEs.
