No, I haven't. My understanding is the 7100 has a definite 136 MB limit on RAM recognition unlike the 6100. I vaguely remember a discussion on the 1st PowerMacs list sometime ago regarding this issue. As I recall 64 MB SIMMs or larger installed in a 7100 are only recognized as 32 MB. On the other hand (in pure speculation of course) with a 6100 you could use a pair of SIMM doublers and install four 128 MB SIMMs to have a total of 530 MB of RAM. As far as I know the 6100 does not have a RAM limit.
