I missed the beginning of the thread, but I know a little about Logo. There's a freely available version for the Mac called StarLogo, which you can find from http://el.media.mit.edu/logo-foundation/products/software.html They have some versions that are designed to work with little robots- the ones I remember were like automatic mice (I was quite a bit shorter then, so my memory could be off).
