I dont want to X bash.  But I dont see much use
to upgrade to X.  My applications require sound
inputs and outputs and sound in/out doesnt work
well on OSX for Olde World Macs

Im running 9.2.2 (os9forever) but ive tried to
recreate this problem on my 9.1 partition with sucess.
