Are things running OK? If you start up fine and don't have a lot of random freezes, your HD is probably already terminated.
The first rule of SCSI Voodoo is: If it ain't broke-DON'T TOUCH ANY JUMPERS! If you are having problems, then you do need to teminate either the HD or the CDRom. Normally you terminate the last device on the scsi chain, but as with all forms of voodoo, sometimes you have to break the rules and terminate in the middle.
