James, I've been using Toast 5.0.1 for almost 2years on 8500/G3-500 on different burners and latesy on a 9500/240 with 9.1 and 9.2.2 using the Old World support OS9 Helper. I would try allocating more memory to it and making sure their is enough disk space available on the drive; also have you tried burning with just the OS extensions and the Toast extension turned on?
