All you need to do is attach a monitor adapter to the vid out on the mobo. That will supply the monitor "sense" that is needed for startup. Also, go to "General Controls" and unclick "Warn me if this computer . . ." or "Check disk if . . ." depending on your OS. That'll make sure you don't get a dialog at startup.
