Is that a PCI card edge connector on the bottom of the card, or is it 
an edge connector for the x100 series PDS slot?   The rest of the 
description sounds like the DOS card for a 6100.  I'm not really 
familiar with that card, but the right angle adapter is a clue and 
the DB25 connector is probably a parallel port.   Although, at least 
one of the Apple DOS cards had a special cable similar to the 
LC/Apple IIe card cable.
