All these posts about 8500s with new RAM from OWC that won't boot reminded me to install the 4 128 MB DIMMs I got from them a few weeks ago. I spent a few hours on it last night with no success and have had the headache from hell since.
If you have DIMMs from the current batch of OWC EDO memory, I'd say it's just bad. Get an RMA number and send it back. Don't waste any more of your time trying to make it work.
