Well it turned out to be a bad RAM chip. Tested all six and one was a 
baddy. I was disappointed to learn that OWC has a stocking fee as I 
wanted to send this chip back and get a refund. I'm tired of opening 
this case up. To make matters worse I broke the power up button.

But it is running fine now. Netscape still seems buggy but that could be 
from a bad download of v. 7.
