Mark,
About Spam, in February 2002, my e-mail address changed from "@home to
@cox" My Spam went down to zero. I had been using SpamCop for quite some
time and decided to stop freeloading there and sent them a fee. I
received a specific direct code from them and placed it in my address
book. Forwarding Spam to them and getting a "kill" every so often made
it well worthwhile.

When Cox reformatted my drive, I lost that specific code, but found I no
longer needed it. More recently my @cox address has been farmed and I
again receive viagra, African millions and porn. I reregistered with
SpamCop, still free and forward them every bit of spam I get. Will
shortly pay them again, it is a small fee for the service.

I tried filters with Netscape, my Netscape e-mail address receives 99.9%
spam, so that did not work at all. The gross and fraud spam I forward to
[EMAIL PROTECTED], "unsolicited commercial e-mail@Federal Trade Commission."

If you indeed have a new e-mail address, you should be spam free for
more than half a year.
Congratulations of freeing from A-hole. There was again a breach of
e-mail there announced today, no password was needed to access inboxes.
HTH
Teresa
