I believe (from experience) that 80-90% of the problems people have with 
128 mb dimms are that they mix these with old 8, 16 and 32 mb dimms.

This causes all sorts of problems, and of course, it's "the new stuff 
that's bad!" :-/

Get memory from OWC or Data Memory Systems <http://www.datamem.com> I've 
never had a problem with memory from either source.
