With a working ultrawide controller in the Mac, the drive is usable. The 
PCI SCSI controller may or may not be flashable for Mac use (it depends 
on which adaptec card it is...). As for the Miro card, it is probably 
not, based on this at Pinnacle System's FAQ entry on the DC 30:

"The MiroMotion DC30 series for Mac and the MiroVideo DC30 series for PC 
are two different product lines. Although each of these lines can 
perform the same functions, they are designed on a hardware and software 
level differently. You cannot interchange the software or hardware 
between a Mac or PC.

Note: Pinnacle System's MiroMotion DC30 for the Macintosh platform is 
currently a discontinued product. There is information available on the 
web under MiroMotion DC30 on our Support site for this product."
