Anyone who is looking to increase their throughput should consider investing
in IPNetTuner. It basically allows you to tweak Open Transport.  I've
noticed at least half a megabit per second increase.  Granted its not going
to turn a dial-up into a DSL but every little bit of extra speed you can get
certainly doesn�t hurt!
