Hi,

Last time I asked this, I didn't get any replies, so I'll see if I
can phrase myself a little better.

I have a 7220/200 DOS Powermac here - the international version of
the 4400. It appears to have a blown power supply, in that it fails
to start up, no lights, no drive activity, nada.

Not realising that this Mac is not actually part of the 7200 series,
I purchased a power supply for a 72/3/500. It does not fit the case
of the 7220.

I have been searching on the web for any information on the 7220 PS,
without success. I have checked the usual sites, LEM, Xlr8yourmac,
macgurus etc.

What I would like to know is if there is any kind of substitution
possible for the 7220 PS, either another Mac model or an ATX. And
whether the 7500 PS I purchased can be used with any of the other PCI
Mac motherboards (case notwithstanding) like an 8- or 9500.

Thanks IA for any clues you might be able to throw my way.

Clae.
