Two things: 1) Make sure your PRAM battery has a charge, or just 
replace it with a new one (Rayovac 840 or equivalent).  The PM 
4400/7220/StarMax machines have a flaw in that if the PRAM battery is 
low or dead, the machine will not start, leading most people to 
suspect a bad PS.   2) There is a StarMax list where you are quite 
welcome as your computer is basically the same as the StarMax 
machines, (same MB, different PCI riser/case).   If your PS is truly 
dead, someone there will definitely have info on where to acquire a 
new one.
