Have had this problem before, and think it was Conflict Catchet that caused it. Start cpu with OS cd, by restarting with OS CD in drive and with shift-C buttons pressed. Do a reinstall OS. this will clear up. then reinstall CCatcher. Did this afetr total frustaration, but worked. Oh yes write down any ISP info as it will reset it. Any one have any better solutions?
