<< Wasn't there something about ATI Radeon drivers that required 9.2.x also ?
I seem to remember reading that some of their newest cards won't work in
9.1. >>

I'm not sure if that is true. I finally got my ATI Radeon to work when I
installed the latest ATI drivers, which the docs said required 9.2.X. I
didn't initially want to use the latest ATI drivers for that reason, since I
was using 9.1. Lo and behold though, it worked. I have since upgraded to
9.2.2, and it seems to be a tad faster than 9.1.
