I am surprised that it doesn't work in Outlook. Microshaft usually copies others closely enough that they seem to work almost as well. When you returned the post, it was split, but all underlined and when clicked on, worked fine for me.
They say Netscrape 7 is better than all the rest. Before I went to OS Jag and Apple Mail (which rocks!), I was using NS4.79 which I rarely had problems with. Jag, Safari and A.M. are definitely the way to go if possible.
