Frame rates vary depending on the video content of a particular clip
(compare the frame rates of a black & white clip with a thousand or more
colors clip). Your Xclaim 8MB card will need to be upgraded to one with at
least 16MB and the CD-drive to at least 8x to maintain 23-24fps which
should be good enough.
