BeHierarchic.  Available at

It is THE replacement for Apple Menu Options, and it also is accessible 
when you control-click in the Finder.  

Not associated with the company, but the product has been the standard 
for contextual menus ever since Apple released their Bugware Apple Menu 
Options.
