Thanks for the reference Lavode.

I downloaded BeHeirarchic and it looks like a powerful utility. However
before I buy I still hope to find one that puts the menu system at the tip
of the mouse cursor. This saves considerable mouse mileage and makes
computing much more pleasurable. And much more efficient.
