     It's the 'spool disk' which is filling up and is allocated a certain 
size by the printer driver which is not accessible by the user - so you 
have to find your maximum file print size. It's a driver bug - with Epson 
as well as HP in that the print file has a max for the 'spool disk'.
     I had problems with a pdf from Gretag printed from Acrobat via 
PressReady of some 96 A4 pages - I won't go into the hassles but the xxxx 
would not print as I instructed it due to 'disk full' when I had 1.5 gigs 
available through the Epson driver or the PressReady rip and eventually I 
had to print this file in 24 page sections due to the limitations of the 
driver.
     I have now fixed the rip but not the Epson driver - which still has 
a maximum file size for spooling to disk and reports 'disk full' if this 
file size is exceeded.
     Reducing the file size is the only suggestion I have...apart from 
getting a rip...
