Most likely your Domain Name Server entries are wrong.  Check the
"Name server Addr.:" entries in the TCP/IP control panel.  Try 
re-ordering them.  Otherwise contact your ISP and verify the numbers. 
An example of the entries is:

123.234.22.156
123.234.21.12

There could be a single line but really should be two or more.
