Hi all, Based on the responses I received last week, I installed my ATA card and a new 40 GB Western Digital HD. All went well and I'm all formated; ready to go! This was on my Power Mac 7300, 600 MB of RAM and Sonnet G4/450 upgrade card. Thanks again!
My next question is related to using my new HD to launch my programs. I'd basically like to only use my SCSI HD for booting up only since it is so much slower. Is there a way I can simply move Internet Explorer, Outlook, iTunes, etc. so they will live from now on on my ATA drive? I'm glad I have the extra space but more speed would be great too.
