Yep yep yep and yep - apart from the AV/non-AV factor.  The bus speed 
is set by the processor card.

If you are planning to upgrade the CPU, then get a 7500.  It'll be 
the cheapest A/V one because of its lowly processor, which you are 
throwing out anyway.  Or an 8500 because apparently the A/V is 
better.  Or a beige G3 :-)
